Heinrich Jessica

Jessica was born on the sunny side of the Swiss Alps in Ticino. She attended private schools such as the Istituto Sant’Eugenio in Locarno and the Collegio Papio in Ascona. She is currently attending various courses in real estate management in the canton of Lucerne in order to constantly improve her knowledge.

Through her own experience, Jessica was allowed to live in owner-occupied and rental properties during her childhood. This was mainly because of the know-how of her mother and grandfather, who have both been in the real estate business for many years.

At a young age, she often visited her mother’s office and had the opportunity to look behind the closed doors of this profession.

All these experiences turned her initial interest into a passion for the profession.

At an early age, she started playing tennis at the Tennis Club of Ascona and at the National Youth Sports Centre Tenero CST, which she practised at a competitive level. The sport gave her a strong sense of teamwork and at the same time developed the strength not to give up until she achieved her goals.

In her free time, she loves to express her creativity in painting and, since a few years, in cooking. To recharge her batteries, she often goes out into nature. It doesn’t always have to be a hike, sometimes it’s enough to sit in a park and let the surroundings seduce her.

She has a close relationship with her family and enjoys spending time with them.
